About Kodi
I have been in the IT field for 10 years (since 2015). I began my career in help-desk for D.C. government, and now specialize in telecommunications, CCaaS, and UCaaS technology. This includes voice, chat, email, and AI assistance. I have hands on experience with all of the top systems such as Talkdesk, Nice CX, RingCentral, Zoom, Genesys, Mitel, Teams, Avaya, Webex, and more. I’ve also led and successfully completed over 15 system migrations.
While those are my specialties, I still can and do perform basic IT troubleshooting and consulting. It’s where I started and I’ll never fully leave it behind. I genuinely enjoy helping other and would love the opportunity to assist you with your business’s technological needs!
